Questions

What size is it?

It is 9.2 cm in diameter and 8.6 cm high. This small format suits succulents, herbs or a young houseplant on a windowsill, a balcony or a bedside table.

Does it have a drainage hole?

Yes, a drainage hole lets excess water escape so the roots stay healthy and do not rot. Water when the top of the compost feels dry.

Which finishes are available?

You can choose a glazed finish or a natural unglazed one. Unglazed ceramic has a soft, raw look but absorbs water, so it always needs a saucer.

Do I need a saucer?

Yes, because water drains through the hole. A saucer protects your furniture; empty it after watering so the roots never sit in water.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the pot with a damp cloth. On the unglazed version, a few water marks can appear over time; they are part of the natural look of raw ceramic.

  1. 5 out of 5

    Balcony herbs

I have four of these on the balcony railing with thyme, rosemary and two small succulents. The glazed ones look clean and modern, and thanks to the drainage the rain does not drown the plants. They have been outside for a while now and still look good. Simple, well made, nice price.

    Finally no soggy roots

The drainage hole saved my little succulent, no more soggy roots. And the unglazed finish looks so natural on the windowsill.

    Lovely, quite small

Lovely little pot, but about 9 cm is really small, only for baby plants. I should have checked better.
