1. About these terms

These terms of service apply to every order placed on the Sauvelin online shop. By placing an order you accept them. Please also read our shipping policy, returns policy and privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Products and pictures

We describe each product as accurately as possible, with its material and, where the supplier provides them, its dimensions. Product pictures are styled visuals created to show the product clearly; colours, textures and finishes may vary slightly from one screen or one piece to another, especially for handmade glass, ceramic and natural materials such as wood and rattan.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is the one displayed when you place your order.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed by email once payment has been accepted. We may cancel an order if a product is no longer available or in case of an obvious pricing error; in that case you are refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through a secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the 27 countries of the European Union. Delivery costs and estimated times are set out in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return an item, under the conditions set out in our returns policy.

8. Damaged items and legal guarantee

If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact us with a photo and we will replace or refund it. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable in your country of residence.

9. Liability

Please use our products as intended and follow the safety advice given, in particular for candle holders: never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it away from anything flammable. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse.
