14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, without giving a reason. To start a return, email shopifytest0502@gmail.com with your order number; we will send you the return address.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items.
• We recommend a tracked shipping method for the return.

Refunds

Once the return is received and checked, we refund the items and the initial standard shipping cost within 14 days, using your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect item

Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery: we send a replacement or refund it in full, with no need to return the item.
