Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all 27 countries of the European Union, at the same rates everywhere. Every order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days and sent with tracking, so you can follow your parcel right up to your door.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery costs €4.90 per order, whatever the number of pieces, and it is free on orders of €70 or more. If your items leave in separate parcels, you still pay for shipping only once.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 10 to 18 days for France and 11 to 21 days for the rest of the EU, including 1 to 3 business days of preparation. If your parcel has not arrived 25 days after shipping, contact us and we will look into it.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. If you order several pieces, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, each with its own tracking.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an item without giving a reason, as long as it is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Once we have received and checked it, we refund the item and the initial standard shipping cost within 14 days.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payment goes through a secure, encrypted checkout, and the refund of a return is always made to the payment method you used for the order.

How to use this rattan basket planter

Woven by hand in natural wicker, this round basket has a sturdy handle and a plastic liner, so it can hold soil or a potted plant. Hang it by its handle from a wall hook or set it on a shelf, a bench or the floor. It comes in three sizes: small Ø 22 cm, medium Ø 25.5 cm and large Ø 31.5 cm, from 28 to 37 cm high including the handle.

Trailing plants spill beautifully over the rim when it is hung on a wall, while a fern or herbs suit it on a surface. Add a layer of drainage pebbles in the liner and water moderately, as there is no drainage hole.

Caring for your rattan planter

Put drainage pebbles in the liner and water moderately, as the liner has no hole.

Dust the wicker with a soft brush. Outdoors, keep it sheltered from rain to make it last longer.
