01How to use itWhich flowers suit this textured glass vase?
This thick glass vase has a deep, bark-like texture. The coloured versions measure 20.5 cm high and 15.5 cm wide; the clear version 21.5 cm high and 14 cm wide.
Its wide opening suits a generous bouquet. Aim for stems of about 30 to 40 cm and let them spread naturally; the textured glass hides the stems and softens the water line.
- Peonies, roses or hydrangeas
- A loose bunch of garden flowers
- Orchid stems or lilies for a statement
- Empty, as a sculptural piece in emerald, cobalt or plum
02Where to place itWhere to place it

- As a statement gift A vase that looks like a piece of art.

Remarkable light play
A remarkable object. When the light passes through the cobalt glass, it throws blue reflections onto the white tablecloth. The weight gives it a quality feeling.

Plum is more brownish
Gorgeous ridges and nice weight. The plum is a bit more brownish than I expected, less purple. Still pretty with white roses.

Shorter than I imagined
Beautiful vase. It's about 21 cm, a little shorter than I imagined, so long stems need trimming.Clear -

Small bubble in the glass
Nice colour and heavy, but there is a small bubble near the base and one ridge is a bit uneven. You only see it up close. For the price I hoped for a cleaner finish.

An orchid finally looks right
I received a white orchid for my birthday and the plastic pot looked terrible. I put the stems in the cobalt vase and the contrast of blue and white is stunning. It stands on the sideboard in the dining room and everybody comments on it. The ridges catch the light from the window in the afternoon.

A full bunch of white peonies
I bought this vase for my mother's 70th birthday and filled it with a full bunch of white peonies from the market before giving it to her. Honestly, I almost kept it for myself. The emerald glass is deep and rich, the vertical ridges make it look a bit like tree bark, and it is heavy enough that it doesn't tip over even with big flowers. It arrived well protected in thick packaging, a bit slower than I hoped. My mother now has it on the piano and changes the flowers every week, she says it makes every bunch look more expensive.
