Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all 27 countries of the European Union, at the same rates everywhere. Every order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days and sent with tracking, so you can follow your parcel right up to your door.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery costs €4.90 per order, whatever the number of pieces, and it is free on orders of €70 or more. If your items leave in separate parcels, you still pay for shipping only once.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 10 to 18 days for France and 11 to 21 days for the rest of the EU, including 1 to 3 business days of preparation. If your parcel has not arrived 25 days after shipping, contact us and we will look into it.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. If you order several pieces, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, each with its own tracking.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an item without giving a reason, as long as it is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Once we have received and checked it, we refund the item and the initial standard shipping cost within 14 days.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payment goes through a secure, encrypted checkout, and the refund of a return is always made to the payment method you used for the order.

What to put in this tall floor vase

At about 58 cm high and 11 cm across, this slim column is a true floor vase: it stands on the floor beside a sofa, in a hallway or in an empty corner. Its narrow opening holds tall stems upright, so a few long pieces are enough to make an impact.

It is designed for dried and faux arrangements. Choose stems one and a half to two times the height of the vase for a balanced look, and add a little sand or pebbles in the bottom for extra stability.

Caring for your floor vase

Dust the relief with a soft dry brush or cloth; avoid water and cleaning products.

Use it for dried or faux stems only. For stability with big arrangements, pour a little sand or gravel into the bottom.
