Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all 27 countries of the European Union, at the same rates everywhere. Every order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days and sent with tracking, so you can follow your parcel right up to your door.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery costs €4.90 per order, whatever the number of pieces, and it is free on orders of €70 or more. If your items leave in separate parcels, you still pay for shipping only once.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 10 to 18 days for France and 11 to 21 days for the rest of the EU, including 1 to 3 business days of preparation. If your parcel has not arrived 25 days after shipping, contact us and we will look into it.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. If you order several pieces, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, each with its own tracking.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an item without giving a reason, as long as it is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Once we have received and checked it, we refund the item and the initial standard shipping cost within 14 days.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payment goes through a secure, encrypted checkout, and the refund of a return is always made to the payment method you used for the order.

How to use this wooden wall vase

Each solid wood plaque, 1.8 cm deep, holds a slim glass tube on the wall. Choose the round 12 × 12 cm, the oval 16 × 13 cm, the tall oval 18 × 10 cm or the long oval 23 × 10 cm, or mix several shapes for a small gallery of greenery.

The tube holds a little water, so you can root a cutting, display a single fresh flower or keep a sprig of eucalyptus. A small faux plant is included, so the plaque is ready to hang straight away.

Caring for wood and glass

Change the water every week and rinse the tube to prevent algae; a thin bottle brush helps.

Remove the tube to refill it so the wood stays dry, and dust the plaque with a dry cloth.

What are the dimensions?

Yes, a small faux plant is included with each plaque, so it looks finished as soon as it is on the wall. You can replace it with a real cutting or a fresh flower whenever you like.

Yes, the glass tube holds water for a cutting or a single flower. Pothos, tradescantia and herbs such as mint root easily; change the water every week.

How do I hang it?

On a single screw or nail. Use a fixing suited to your wall, and remove the tube before hanging so you can check the plaque is straight.

Can I hang several?

Yes, mixing the four shapes creates a small wall gallery. Hang them at different heights, about 10 to 15 cm apart, for a natural rhythm.

How do I clean it?

Dust the wood with a dry cloth and rinse the glass tube with warm water. Keep water off the wood by removing the tube to refill it.
