A glass tube held in a dark wooden frame, made to grow cuttings in water on a desk or a windowsill.
The clear glass vase slides into a simple frame of dark-stained wood, so you can watch roots grow from a pothos or a monstera cutting. It works just as well with a few fresh stems or a small bunch of wild flowers.

How to grow cuttings in this propagation vase
A glass tube is held in a dark wooden frame, 18 cm high and 10 cm wide, made to grow cuttings in water on a desk or a windowsill. The clear tube lets you watch roots form.
Place a cutting with at least one node under water, keep the leaves above, and top up as needed. Change the water weekly to keep it clear.

Nice idea, glass moves a bit
The idea and the look are nice. On mine the glass is a little loose in the frame and moves when I carry it, so I am careful. It works for my cutting, but I expected it to sit more firmly for the price.

Wild flowers too
Not only for cuttings: I put some wild flowers from a walk in it and it looked lovely on the table.

Smaller than I thought
Very cute, but 18 cm is smaller than I imagined, there is room for one or two cuttings only. Good quality.

Monstera cutting rooted
My monstera cutting has roots now, and the dark wood frame makes it look like a little science object. Love it.

Wood darker than expected
The wood is darker than I thought from the photos. It still looks good, just less natural than I wanted for my light room.

A tiny laboratory
It looks like a tiny laboratory on my shelf. The contrast between the clear glass and the dark wood is really elegant, and seeing the roots grow is so satisfying. I have bought plants for years but never thought propagation could be decorative.

From my mother's pothos
My mother has a huge pothos that she has had for twenty years, and when I moved out she gave me a cutting. I wanted something nicer than a jam jar to root it in, because it means a lot to me. This vase is perfect: the glass is clear so I could watch the first roots appear after about two weeks, and the dark wood frame looks warm on my bookshelf next to her photo. It came well protected. The cutting is now in soil but I already took a new one from it, so the vase is never empty.

A small piece of patience
I have a habit of buying plants and then neglecting them, so a friend suggested I try propagating instead, to learn patience. This little vase made it a ritual. Every Sunday I change the water, look at the new roots and decide if the cutting is ready for soil. The frame is solid and the dark stain looks almost like old furniture. I keep it on the bedroom chest of drawers. Delivery was about two weeks, packaging was fine. Honestly a lovely object for a small price, and it made me a better plant person.

Exactly what I was looking for
I wanted a propagation vase that does not look like a test tube rack and is not too big, because my flat is small. This one is exactly what I was looking for. The frame is simple, dark and solid, the glass slides out easily to refresh the water, and it fits on the narrow ledge above my sink. I started with a monstera node, it took a few weeks for roots to appear and it was really exciting to see it in the clear glass. Now I am addicted and my friends bring me cuttings.

Need a brush for cleaning
Very nice. To clean the bottom of the glass I need a small bottle brush, a normal sponge does not reach well. A detail.

My cuttings shelf
I have a whole shelf of cuttings now and this is the prettiest vessel on it by far. The wood frame turns a basic glass into something you want to look at, and the pothos roots look like a little drawing inside. I would buy it again without thinking.

Proportions are just right
The proportions are just right: not too big for a windowsill, but tall enough for a long stem. Clear glass, no bubbles that I can see, and the frame is well finished.

Calm and natural
A calm, natural object. I use it in the office with a single green stem and it brings something living to a very grey room. It is small, but that is the point: it sits next to the screen without taking space. Recieved in perfect state.

Pretty but only one cutting
Pretty and well made, but realistically it holds one good cutting. I will order a second one for my other plants.

Nice, glass a bit thin
Nice design. The glass feels a little thin, I am careful when I wash it. Otherwise I like it.
