A double-sided metal station clock on a wall bracket, readable from both sides.
Inspired by railway station clocks, it projects from the wall on its bracket so the time can be read from both directions, ideal in a hallway, at the end of a corridor or on a kitchen wall. The overall piece measures 24 × 21 cm, with two 14 cm dials. Please note that the supplier ships one of two very similar styles at random.

01How to use it
Where to hang this double-sided station clock
This double-sided metal clock measures 24 × 21 cm overall, with two 14 cm dials on a wall bracket. It stands out from the wall, so the time can be read from both directions, like a railway station clock.
Fix the bracket where the clock can be seen from two sides: at the end of a corridor, at the corner of a room or by a doorway. Leave enough clearance so people can pass beneath it comfortably.

Smaller than I expected
Nice clock and well made. At 24 by 21 cm it's smaller than I pictured, the dials are 14 cm, so check your wall before ordering.

Nice, but small for a big wall
It's well made but for our big open hallway it looks a bit lost. In a narrow corridor it would be perfect. I will probably move it to the kitchen.

Fixing it took two people
Very beautiful clock. Getting the bracket straight took two people and some patience. Once up it's perfect.

My husband the railway fan
My husband worked forty years for the railways and when he saw this he was moved. Now it hangs in the hallway and he says it is the real thing, only smaller.

Instructions were vague
Pretty clock. The instructions for the bracket were very vague, I had to look at the pictures several times.

Our little Lisbon station
We live near the Cais do Sodré in Lisbon and the station is part of our daily life, so when I saw this clock I had to order it. It hangs from the wall of our kitchen, next to the window, and we call it our little station. It is the size of a small book, 24 by 21 cm, so it fits even in a small kitchen, and you can read the time from the stove and from the table. It took a while to arrive, which made me nervous, but it came in a good box and everything was perfect. My neighbour has asked for the link already.

Good, but check the wall plugs
Very nice clock. I used my own wall plugs because the wall in my old flat is crumbly. Now it holds well.

Not quite the style in the photo
The clock is fine and works well, but mine looks a bit different from the main photo. The description does say there are two similar styles, so it's my fault for not reading carefully. I just preferred the other one.

Got the other style
Nice clock and well finished. I received the other of the two styles, slightly different from the photo I liked. The shop does warn about it, so I can't complain, but I wanted to say it.

Wanted it a bit bigger
Nice clock, good finish. I would have liked a slightly bigger dial, 14 cm is ok but not huge from far away.

Doesn't take wall space
Because it stick out from the wall, it doesn't take wall space. Smart for my small flat.

End of the corridor, sorted
I had an empty wall at the end of the corridor for two years. This clock solved it in one afternoon. You can read it from both sides, which is very useful.

Mounted at the bend of our corridor. You see the time from the bedroom and from the front door. Exactly what I wanted.

A considered piece of design
A considered piece of design. The two dials are perfectly legible, the proportions are pleasing, and the metal construction gives it a reassuring weight on the bracket. It brings a quiet touch of the old railway world to our entrance hall.

A station clock in a Lyon flat
I have always loved the old clocks you see in French train stations, the ones hanging over the platforms, and I wanted something like that at home without it looking like a museum piece. This one is the right compromise. It is 24 by 21 cm, so it doesn't overpower the wall, and the bracket keeps it away from the wall so you read it from the kitchen and from the living room side. My girlfriend was not convinced at first, she thought it would look gimmicky, and now she is the one showing it to friends. Delivery was a bit slow but the box was well protected and the metal had no scratch.

Our long corridor finally has a focus
We have a long and rather boring corridor in our house in Ghent. This clock sticks out from the wall at the end and it gives the corridor a point to look at. The metal looks good quality and the two faces are easy to read even from far.

A nod to my commuting years
I commuted by train for fifteen years and spent a lot of time looking at clocks like this. Now one hangs in my home office, and I can look at it with much less stress. It is a lovely object and the double face is very well done.
