Let the candle cool, lift away any wax, then wipe the base with a soft, slightly damp cloth. A few minutes in the freezer makes stubborn wax easier to remove. Avoid abrasive products and sharp tools, which can scratch or dull the gold finish of the polyresin.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an item without giving a reason, as long as it is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Once we have received and checked it, we refund the item and the initial standard shipping cost within 14 days.
